We know homeschooling can be overwhelming at times. Whether you are just considering taking the first steps in that direction, or have been at it for awhile, talking with a seasoned homeschool parent can help. I have journeyed through the world of homeschooling since 1999! There has rarely been a day without one of my six children, with a range of abilities and special needs, sitting by my side, learning. We have celebrated their victories and subsequent collegiate successes. Now that my children are grown, I have the honor of homeschooling my grand children. My confidence has grown as I have developed my passion into my profession. Helping parents make sound educational decisions for their children is the 'something' I love to do!

Assessment

Online ADAM test, done in a one-on-one zoom call.

Successful learning journeys often need to start with a quick assessment of where your child is, and what gaps there might have been in their learning. The ADAM (Adaptive Diagnostic Assessment of Mathematics) is a highly effective one-on-one assessment conducted via Zoom with screen sharing. It takes about an hour to complete and provides clear, specific feedback in plain English. The results give us a strong starting point and a reference to track progress throughout the tutoring journey. You will also receive a 20-30 minute consultation, after the assessment is done, to go over the results together. Established clients do not have to pay for this service - Contact Sharon for a code, to bypass the payment system.
